I understand CB radio culture has waned among truckers since the advent of satellite radio. Could you comment on that? Do you find CB more popular in some states than others?

Responding to /u/Frajer, you said water is "truly a human right." We heard that line repeated during the recent drama in Detroit. Having clean water piped directly into your house is clearly not a "right," so what does water as a human right mean exactly in practical terms?
