I love that you’re committed towards working with all types of learners.

Any chance you’ll offer full day experiences for schools who see the value of facilitating leadership, collaboration, and public speaking skills that RPGs instill?

We’ve built a game based learning RPG simulations for our students that integrates with our curricula, but it’s clunky and hard to pull off and we’re curious about the world of expert facilitators—you seem to be two!

Great advice here! I travel for two weeks each December, so my YearCompass is usually completed after the rest of my family goes to bed. However, looking through my calendar is such great practice. I wish I spent more time collecting important moments. 3-4 hours (as opposed to be 1) would certainly be more thorough.

Hoping to help the rest of my family into this practice in the coming years, so we’ll likely be able to commune and extend the reflective practice.

It does lean on some traditional practices. I haven’t seen a ton of these models, but I really appreciate how YearCompass helped me articulate who really impacted me (and how), as well as who I feel I impacted. Considering those elements felt really special, and haven’t been something I’ve done with intentions or resolutions before.
