Honestly if you want to get into meditation you don't even need a book. Hop over to /r/meditation. There's beginner guides, YouTube videos, anything you could want. Books too if you like the traditional route. I'd recommend looking for guided meditation videos on YouTube though, they're amazing and there's a lot of great content. Documentaries about Buddhism, Hinduism, meditation, mindfulness, etc. Just dive in, there's no right or wrong way to meditate.
