Especially seeing as they can be targeted towards the kids, who honestly might not know any better. However, I think improvements on the device's end are making that not the case (the Nabi tablet, newer Samsung tablet, etc.)

My dad is on level 421 on Candy Crush. Hasn't spent a dime either. Very impressive though, on both ends.
