What do you consider as a minimum criteria to say you visited a state? I do not count airports or freeway exit visits.

What was the last of the 50 states you visited?

Do hospitals have any penalties to act like they didn’t get your insurance and send you a bill for the full amount (other than the dollar to print and mail)?

It seems this happens to me every time I see a doctor or go to the hospital despite the fact that this is the first thing they ask when you show up.

I guess it makes sense for them to try charging someone $20k when insurance would only pay $5k for a procedure
