VS doesn't have very knowledgeable fitters or actually any real training. I'm not surprised that you get different results and can bet you none of them fitted you in your real size. VS fitting training is about one afternoon at best while lingerie fitters in your local Nordstrom have had a minimum of six weeks of training.

I'm a huge fan of azelaic acid. I am quite perplexed by your decision to only have 10% strength formula and the fact that it's a silicone suspension. Are there any plans to introduce 15% or 20% strength formulas? Or anything that isn't silicone - it just doesn't agree with me.

Similarly, Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion is an amazing product but I'm looking to move up in strength after using it for a while. I don't want to give up using it in emulsion form, though. It's just so nice to use compared to other options. Is there any chance of a 5% emulsion anytime soon?

EDIT: Just got Niod NEC and I'm loving it. There aren't many products targeting elastin production. Are there any plans for more products that target elastin loss specifically?
