Do you celebrate your birthday now? If so, what was your first birthday party like, how did you feel?

I work at a local Italian restaurant and eat there on my off days all the time. Do you ever go to waffle house on your off days just for a meal?

I dont know anything about this, but a random guess would be maybe U of Mich doesn't want a universal tuition plan and likes students spending a gross amount of dollars for education. Even making community College free would cause less students to apply to a big school and divert state away from the big schools
