Thank you for taking the time to read through Sara's experience. Even though I would not use the words, "you" here and throw all of this on Founder's / Gov Ball's shoulders - as I know you didn't personally do these things - many of these experiences did happen and were collective on Sunday.

Reading through your response, I truly believe you wanted to do right by us and some things got out of hand. Sometimes a "You're right, I'm sorry and I hear you" goes a long way.

Very well articulated response, EJ. Honest accounts of what went wrong, constructive criticism, and tangible suggestions for the future are the most important contributions here and if they only read two responses I hope they read yours and Sara's.
