Hello!

Any advice for those who’s psychotic manic episodes causes them to be angry and cruel to their loved ones or to just do hurtful things in general? I know these behaviors are so hard to understand from the outside but do you have any advice for self forgiveness and repairing relationships?

I am on a medication and dietary regimen and I am committing to not having this happen again. Lucky for me my episode built slowly, so hopefully I’ll be able to detect this next time it happens.

I’ve apologized to all those I’ve hurt where I could, I’m just grieving a close friendship that was very important to me where the friend won’t speak to me. I suppose that’s the thing I’m struggling with the most.
