It is sexist, Being female you tend to find you are constantly expected to entertain other peoples kids and fawn over them. Gender roles suck. Men are parents too, and just as capable of being nurturing and taking on caring roles.

When a person with high idealization is told to get help. what help specifically does that mean? What are the steps you tell a person in crisis in order to get their life back on track?

I feel its fair enough saying to people 'get help', but I figure some people would benefit form more specific instruction.

I can believe this, in my workplace I often record other peoples, and my own voice overs. I'm pretty happy If I get my 5 minute video's voice over done in an hour.

and thanks, now I know the terms for punch and roll and rolling record.

I hate rolling record, I add a marker at every mistake but I still have to go back and listen to the voice more than I'd like to.
