How do you finance your trips?

My dad was recently diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. His Gleason score is 5. The urologist recommended orchiectomy and mentioned chemotherapy will not be needed. When we talked to a oncologist he highly recommended chemo. After much debate and discussion we went with orchiectomy but are undecided about chemo. My dad is 70 years of age and lives in a third world country where advance care is not available. What do you recommend?
