I've never been to a Ruth's Chris. I know a good steak when I see one and tend to believe restaurants that are highly commercialized or marketed can't keep up with more localized joints, or even my buddy's back yard (he was a chef for 14 years). I don't like overpaying for something I can make just as good myself either.

So my question is, why should I go?
