You pumped down 10X on last night's episode to a level in order to retrieve the pipe that slipped down (and in the process may have gotten a core sample of the bottom of a chamber). My question is this: why can't 10X be pumped further down, and at what level does water fill it up again to what level? You pumped it down somewhat and it is not refilling. What flow rate does it fill? Can pumping capacity be provided that exceeds fill or flood flow rate?

If pressure from water pressing in from outside 10X was occurring I believe 10X would flood or fill back up at a higher rate. If it was from sea water then 10X would fill from bottom up unless the supposed booby trap flood tunnel has blocked up. I understand the reasoning of concern of collapse. What about re-line 10 X with a polymer pipe after obstructions are removed? Although there would be still a problem of a chamber collapse if pumped out (if possible).

I was wondering if you want to rule out error, or maybe I should say misleading possible indications of tunnels, using the nuclear magnetic resonance, could an area nearby be checked with the same method, such as Zwickers Island or Graves Island, or even mainland by Route 103, to see if test results are duplicated (so to speak), or are they stand alone for Oak Island?
