I'm a 21-year-old dude but I want to take care of my skin and not have my friends always asking why my face is all greasy when I wear sunscreen every day. I agree completely. One line that stuck with me is something about how people shouldn't be so obsessed over "one little number". Obesity is already a huge issue in this country and we certainly don't need people like /u/adamconover telling people you can be healthy and obese, that it's almost pointless for many to try to lose weight because of genetics, etc.

Edit: while I'm at it, he also said that "sugar is more addictive than cocaine" at one point.

That study was done with rats, and all it showed was that given the option, rats preferred sugar water to water laced with cocaine. Way too many variables to make a conclusive statement like sugar being more addictive than cocaine.
