So right about the smell of a cigarette being lit or just lit. That’s the real trigger for me.

What advice can you offer for adults (teachers, coaches, family, etc.) in the lives of children who may be experiencing abuse? How can we make ourselves more approachable? Were there any signs you exhibited, that perhaps in retrospect, you feel someone could/should have picked up on?

I took a few of your courses at ubc years ago. I absolutely loved them. They enriched and deepened my understanding and love of space. The passion you express here really shone through in your lectures. You are fucking hilarious. They are some of my most memorable courses. I still think of those lessons every time I look at the night sky.
