I see from your blog that you traveled around 2008 if I'm correct. After the communism we had a dark era only during the '97 but after that everything took a turn for the better. The incidents involving tourists in the last 12-13 years are counted with one hand's fingers. The infrastructure is not the best but I guess much better than some of the Asian countries you visited. Next time I suggest you include Albania and I can write down an itinerary for you. I used to work for a travel agency a few years back and that was one of my duties. :)
