That last one's got me crying.

Ya that’s the kind of insane upbringing that some people have. They literally think that shooting someone in the face isn’t that big of a deal. It’s the way tons of people around them have dealt with problems or made money and it is what some people have learned while growing up. It is truly insane and it hurts everyone involved.

Might be too late, but how does it sound when you laugh/sneeze/hiccup? It seems that for the majority of people, a hint of their voice comes out during these things. Does something similar happen to you?
