I do not see him as harming anybody. What consenting adults do with their own bodies is 100% their own responsibility. If somebody wants to do meth, they're going to do meth, whether it came from his dad or somebody else. Same as I think the Len Bias law is BS- for those who don't know, it allows the person who supplied drugs to an overdose "victim" to be charged with reckless homicide. The people who put drugs in their bodies know the risks and possible outcomes before they indulge.

Chicago as well, except usually in Chicago they'll at least beat you instead of taking you to jail.
