In Lauren Lapkus' AMA she said that you approached her to ask if she'd be on the show after seeing her perform live a few times, did most of the CBB-regulars join the show in this way? Obviously you've known PFT and others for awhiiiile but do you feel like you have a knack for knowing that someone would be good for the show?
