Is intercourse still a thing for you two?

I am feeling very uneasy now. Been diagnosed with Absidia corymbifera mold in my chest after producing black sputum for 2 years but CT didn't show a thing apparently. Got given Itraconazole, didn't help, after online researching the only proper treatments seem to be Posaconazole and Ampho. Got told I can't get those prescribed to me unless the infection shows on CT. My only immunecompromising factors are daily long-term benzo use and previous smaller scale illicit drug use. I am feeling rather doomed with the lack of medical awareness concerning rare fungal infections, especially here in Eastern Europe. Please pray for me.
