Do you think if more paramedics existed that some kind of rotation program to reduce repeated exposure to high stress and traumatic calls was available it would have helped? Or are some of the calls so impactful that once you've done one you're traumatized?

Wish they would put a little more effort into their knives with regards to style. The knife is rock solid, but humans like shiny things. It just looks cheap and basically disqualifies itself as being a gift.

Sort of but not really. They are just 3D scanning the exterior, tech these days you could do it with a cell phone, then you slap that geometry on the front of the hole. The inside is then pure make believe. You're not going to feel what its like to be inside a star, whether she bottoms out early (prob not) or perhaps lacks pelvic floor strength (probably). Mix and match a few options for sheaths, extra bumps here, spiral there, and away you go.
