Do you work naked? I mean if someone books you as a photographer, do you show up tits blazing?

I've had testicular cancer. Stage 1a pure seminoma. Had an orchiectomy and called it a day with no chemo or radiation. My testosterone has dropped from around 700 to around 400. I haven't done a sperm test, and my doc just says to worry about finding a girlfriend first, but I wonder...what do you think my chances of having kids are?
