This was big news in the US. It was horrible. I remember so much. I also remember how long it took for Clinton to get the US involved. I wonder how the Dayton Accord is viewed today. I also read there is a street named after Richard Holbrooke, the diplomat who managed to get all the players together to cobble together some kind of treaty.
