In a typical year, how much time or how many days do you spend in the Offerman Wood Shop?

I want a worm farm but will need to keep it in my garage. I live in Missouri and during winter my garage can get cold (possibly below freezing), would my worm friends be ok? Likewise what about hotter months (95+)?
