Is there any way to transfer notes from Evernote into OneNote on Mac? Also, are you planning to add the ability to insert documents and recordings? This is a really important feature for me as I use it to keep track of lectures and notes.

I can't tell you how happy I was to see a version for Mac! OneNote got me through undergrad and was the only software that I truly missed when I purchased a Mac!

Sounds like you mean stereotactic laser ablation. It's an MRI guided procedure where they heat up the epileptogenc tissue (the area of the brain that seems to be causing the seizures). The surgeons will typically implant a series of depth electrodes which are very small, rather than the entire subdural grid it looks like /u/CptnTightPants had. Instead of the craniotomy necessary to implant the subdural grids, depths probes are fed through small burr holes, so recovery time is much faster. It's becoming much more common and patients seem to have great surgical outcomes. Certainly not outpatient surgery, but it's often faster because the recovery time after the initial implant surgery is much quicker. Hope your brother gets better soon!

Thanks for the reply! Back on OneNote PC I would insert 'file printouts' of powerpoint slides and then I'd take notes to the right of the slides (example).

On Evernote, you can insert a link to the powerpoint and it provides a preview of the slides, however you can't type in line with the slides. Instead, I'd open the powerpoint document and take notes within that, then keep an audio recording and link to the slide in a single note (example).

Both methods have their faults. I think there's still lots of opportunity to improve the lecture note-taking workflow, especially given how central this is to the software!

Hi, nice product. How Hooke is any different than simply placing two microphones at the side of your head?

It seems that instead of using a HRTF, you're relying on the individual's pinnae for the recording. However, it looks like the microphones are on the outer surface of the earphone, thus negating any sound filtering from the pinna. The 3dio recorder you show in your video, for example, has microphones at the 'eardrum' of the silicone ears.
