Bullshit. Former lockheed martin employee here. You will in no way get fired for telling people you work for lockheed martin. Lockheed martin does not give a shit if you tell people you work there.

In general, you should err on the side of telling medical professionals stuff like that if there's even a remote chance that it's relevant. It's better to be safe than sorry and it's not like they're going to call the cops on you.
