What does it feel like? What are the symptoms?

I was born with spina bifida so I understand not knowing what normal feels like. I wondered how you knew it was time. Seems pretty scary.

We live in wonderful times in many ways. I would not be alive today if I had been born 50 years earlier. I would guess your life would be much more harrowing and pretty limited. Despite having bad breaks at the start we got lucky in that way.
