I'm a Walmart customer: open more goddamn registers!!

Can't find it at the moment but I remember on one of the specials they said they had a bunch of other pilots fly that route in a simulator and none were able to make it to any airport.

Nice to know Aladdin is a good guy in real life.

TL:DR. The maintenance guy eye balled the screw size and installed screws that were too small resulting in the window being pushed out after pressurization.
