I wish I could get match tested, but I don't know if my kidney would be viable? I'm O+, but I had a severe kidney infection last year and so my kidneys are now a bit weaker as a result.

I would suggest trying DDP yoga. It's helped me a lot, and might be good since he can't walk very well. You can find the entire set of videos on torrent and some on youtube if you want to check it out. :)
