But I still don't really know how it can be 'technically legal'. This agreement is not compatible with higher-order acts - such as basic human rights, which should makes it invalid. For example if I tell you to broke my bones and you will do it, you still can be accused of breaking the law. It's why I'm so surprised that they can just call the police and generally why it's not shout down by some international organization.

How is it legal to torture people? Why doesn’t any organization take care of it?Is the waiver legal if it’s agains international law? For example -  Convention against Torture. Do the owners have a lot of problems with court and stuff?

Is it true that people who went to MM are not allowed to talk about it with anyone by Russ for X years without his permission?

Tbh I'm not from US so I'm not sure how exactly law looks like there but generally it protects people. For example it doesn't matter if I want to or if I don't - I have to have fastened seat belts; it's my life but country takes care about my safety.
