What's the best gift I can get my garbage guy for being awesome?

Alright cool, wasn't sure what you guys could take on shift, our garbage guy is super tight so i was going to try getting him something useful, what kind of gloves you use?

He did say that he went to the debate expecting a completely different topic (free speech) to be the main issue of the talks. He was really good at using his humor to explain his thinking though, that whole debate was actually a pretty fun watch I thought.
