I totally thought you were a girl, most guys don't like the idea of nursing especially hospice.

I was about halfway through nursing school when I took time off for personal reason and I know how emotionally exhausting it can be. You're doing a wonderful thing though. I kind of want to go into hospice care but I'm undecided, I think seeing so much death would kind of wear you down.

I remember you! I thought you were terribly cute. This is probably a weird question but have you ever been asked to come in character to a childrens birthday party or is entertaining in a fur suit something you would consider? You seemed to really enjoy making people happy, it would be a sweet way to share your hobby.

Also I'm really sorry about your father. I know it never gets easy but I hope you've found closure <3

As someone who suffered from the beginning signs of PTSD after a rape, I feel for you and I hope you continue to recover and get better. I just wish all the best for you, thank you for doing what you do.

I like your perspective on it, and I'm sure it brings a great deal of comfort to the people you're caring for too. :)

I agree with what the other poster said, it can take time for symptoms of PTSD to develop. I didn't start to have symptoms until months after the event when I just completely broke down and started having hallucinations. Please take care of yourself, I am so sorry this happened to you. I just wish you all the best, and I hope you'll stay safe. <3
