Thank you for the reply. I can agree that the abortion justification makes a little bit more sense if one can argue when the life which needs protection is in fact a life. I can't for the life of me understand how one can discuss libertarianism and equality and then try to justify that marriage is between a man and a woman only.

Hope there is time to get in a second question - Do you think that most politicians have never read the 10th amendment, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people" or they just don't give a shit?

Big fan of the Pauls here, but I find their almost justification of anti-same sex marriage and pro-life very confusing and contrary to their normally libertarian feelings.
What are your thoughts on the topic?
