I don't deliver and most LC's don't deliver, but they used to. I think it is just easier to have a lower priced pizza for pickup. Let the other places fight over the delivery crowd and pay all that extra insurance for the liability of having some kid cruising around town to deliver a pizza in 30 minutes or less.

I have not personally hired any sketchy people (that I'm aware off). My unscientific opinion is that many fast food employees are either young college and high school students, or people that can't find better work. What kind of people can't find better work? Apparently people who look sketchy!

Rumor has it these were discontinued because the employees wouldn't stop eating them and stores were losing money. I guess they really were that good, but they were before my time as an employee and customer.

I don't think there is a specific competitor that instills fear into the company, but there is this hilarious, universal disdain for Papa Johns. Everyone will admit to having eaten Pizza Hut, Dominos, or local pizzas but everyone dislikes Papa Johns and their drunk CEO.

I think the reason there is no fear of a specific competitor is that Little Caesars may be the place others are afraid of. LC has come out of nowhere in terms of store and customer growth.

Still, there is a fear that the company won't adapt or fall behind. I will say LC is cognizant of the pizza and fast food landscape as a whole.
