Will Necromancers be able to function as "minion masters" as in GW1, or will minions be limited to 1 or 2?

I loved having my own little army.

How does one deal with regret? I am constantly troubled by the feelings I have around not trying hard enough in school and not keeping in contact with my friends among other things.

I sometimes use it as an excuse not to try hard now because I feel like I've crippled myself with my past mistakes and I can never catch up to my peers.
