It just tastes grassy to me. I tried to verify that it's a rye grass but I couldn't. However, I know nothing of grasses. Anyway, zubrowka is flavored with this grass.

What's your opinion on the bison grass vodka, zubrowka? (I'm not even trying to put the Polish accents in their place.)
