What is the one thing you never thought would be a bother while recovering?

First of all i would like to say good job and i like what you do. I honestly think we should treat animals with respect.

Now a tough question. I can only imagine all the resources going into taking a "broken" animal and making it right again. Wouldnt those resources have been better used on other elephants, thinking you could take care of two instead of one? Like in denmark where they put a healthy giraf down because there were no proper place for it?
