I've actually wanted to ask you this question for a while now. Your books all seem to have a "chorus" element, a phrase that gets repeated multiple times throughout each book. For instance, "Give me... Flash" in Invisible Monsters. They always tie everything together really nicely, and I think they're one of the most interesting elements of your writing. How do you decide what that particular phrase is going to be when you're writing?
