This is retail. "The customer is always right" couldn't be more wrong. I hated it.

I'm really surprised about the "leave no trace" thing and how its a problem. I guess I was just brought up that way by my parents - any time we went camping, hiking, or even just to parks, we never left any garbage unless there was a garbage can to throw it in. It's as simple as "don't litter", and it's really not very difficult at all.
Okay, so I've looked into "leave no trace" further and it's definitely not as simple as "don't litter". But I think "don't litter" is a justifiable summary of the basics. I blame the name. It should just be "Hiking Principles", because not all of them have to do with leaving a trace! /rant

This comment made me very confused, then I saw it was edited. I had to check unddit.com to see the original, which is just the same tired joke that is even in Phil's user name.
The credits after Jurassic Park list you as the "dinosaur supervisor".
I've got to say, Phil: I'm a little disappointed in your performance. Those dinosaurs were running around like they had no supervision at all.
How do you think you could improve your performance going forward?
