I have one question regarding the footage of Jethro Tull’s 1978 Madison Square Garden concert: at the end of Locomotive Breath, going into Dambusters March, you are seen twirling your flute with great flair and then, before heading to grab the big balloons, you appear to toss the flute towards the audience! Was this a magic trick, some sleight of hand? Or was that flute really thrown? The fate of that flute has been on my mind for years!
