Do you experience lots of deprivation after the war? If yes, what sorts of things were hard to get? What "inventions" were created to fill shortages?

Is there any documented correlation between migraines and cavities? I vomited because of migraines for years and I think it contributed to my cavities, but I don’t know. Any other weird secondary impacts from migraines?
