Speaking of strategy games, we have been playing game of thrones regularly for some time and are looking for something new. Do you have any recommendations for strategy games on the more deterministic side.

Really the only way to learn is to build a 3d printer and then use that 3d printer to build another one, and then use that 3d printer to build a new design. I have also learned a ton running through forums(not just 3d printing, but also machinery, CNC, and other fabrication forums). It helps to have a relatively important(to you) project you are working on and iterating. You won't get much out of your experience with a 3d printer if you are just printing out yoda heads and random junk off thingiverse.

Other than that, any manufacturing classes or machinery classes will probably help.

Hollow it out to tremendously cut the costs down if you are just working on a proof of concept.

We have been playing with 6, but any suggestions are appreciated.
