What is your 'at home schedule ' like? Do you feel like it's easy to get back into a sense of routine or are you back in the air too quickly to even bother worrying about it? I imagine long haul pilots just sleep for days when the get home.

My mate was diagnosed with bowel cancer in his early 20s and was told the chemo will made him sterile. He froze some sperm beforehand but was really unwell at the time and the stock wasn't great. Pleased to tell you that 7 years later his wife gave birth to their first child a healthy girl. He didn't even have to use his frozen stock either. The ivf doctors hand selected good fresh sperm. It looks as though his count is recovering and getting better all of the time.
