What are the precautions you take to ensure that what you are covering is accurate and a fair representation, and not over glamorized or over dramatic like some news sources can lean towards doing?

How big is your team on the ground? What connections do y'all have in the communities and how do you expand these connections to be more diverse and accurately represent demographics?

You said this morning that "we have a racism problem in this country, not just a racism in policing problem". To what extent do you think the DOJ report addresses this and reporting of it accurately reflects this issue?

Similarly, I would say that though St Louis has been a focal point for the issue of racism, do you think the report and issues are raising salience as a country-wide problem, or just condemning St Louis police department without inspiring reform elsewhere?

What are your interactions like with other news stations covering Ferguson?
