What, in your opinion, is the most productive thing the average Singaporean can do to encourage the opening up of the institutions you refer to (press, universities etc)? What argument do you think will hold the most weight in our current iteration of government? Or for that matter, to whoever is standing next to us, given how apathetic the majority is towards such issues.
