I know that Military officers from the North Korean Army are "studying" in Geneva, Switzerland. That's interesting tho. Do you think that there are many other people, that are studying in well developed country, such as the Switzerland and other countries?

It's not well-known, it's something that the govermnent likes to "hide". Just because it would represent a bad light, because we pay them. Between 150-200k $ IIRC. It's disturbing somehow, but the NK officers also work together with South Korean officers that are on the same University. Not sure if it's true tough.

aay, that's inspirational, and very interesting! Especially as a new chef, I'm looking out for new countrys to learn new stuff. Have you ever been to Switzerland, and was it really neck-breaking pricey (beside of the beautiful scenery and the old towns)?
