A woman can be horny and not get wet. Or she can get wet and not be horny. The human body is usually on the same page as the mind but not always. If a woman or man is being raped, the body is going to give you lubrication if only for self preservation. Given that the body responds to physical actions with lubrication I think that there is at least one person sensitive enough where there body would respond without the need for the mental focus/approval. You don't have to like tickling to laugh, right?
