It's without a doubt a pleasure to ask you a question so thanks for doing this. As an actress with a varied career who I imagine has see the good/bad side of industry, why are so many American movies lacking emotional depth?

What new(er) bands would you say carry the good music torch?

I totally agree that if one exists so should the other, but it seems a lot of American releases save for maybe a few releases a year capture some form of depth that is really jarring or unlike something released 3 months prior. Like a lot of folks I pray for an American Herzog!
