  1. Get thee to a good sex therapist. You can also see a sexuality educator or counselor--someone who can do some shorter term work around sexuality and finding new ways to explore pleasure/sexuality that don't rely on porn (Megan can do the latter, not the former, which would be more long-term measures, therapy, psychological stuff). What's your geographical area? Maybe Megan can recommend one or some good resources to FIND one. A lot of information out there about porn compulsion/addiction (people use different language around this issue) is bullshit and super shaming.

  2. EVERYONE desperately needs media literacy skills. There are cool curricula out there that address it, or address media literacy in the context of sexuality. Soooo important.
