Airline makes most of their money on business travelers. Leisure travelers are insignificant compared to that. Business travelers usually fly out Mondays and fly back Thursday or Fridays, that's why flying and Tuesday and Wednesdays are cheaper.

Does KLM not keep track the amount of complaints per passenger? Some airlines like AA keep track of that information, and once you are tagged as a habitual complainer, you pretty much won't get anything else from them anymore.

On AA they do. Get the employee name and (if they are willing to give out, employee ID). Write to the customer service email with the date, flight number, and name. They get them.

Seriously. I've been using Opera on my Mac & PC for the last three years, Opera on my Wii, and both Opera Mini and Opera Mobile on my phone. Did I mention my BFF does marketing for you?!?!?!
